In our HR department, we have a special cell that listens to employee voices and has a quality discussion over the given idea or proposal. We enable our employees to give feedback via the community. Every month we create an in-house survey on real-time communication. Obtaining employee feedback on the subject of real-time communication gives us an insight into the concerns of employees.

This direct employee feedback led to Break the Silence sessions moderated by our CEO and our employee’s voice community. This community gives employees another opportunity to share information with senior executives on a more personal level.

We hold global employee appraisals every quarter. Our CEO and HR speak to employees about how we are delivering our company’s mission and goals. These sessions cover topics such as quarterly financial performance updates, cabling progress, customer testimonials, and expected product developments.

We ensure our staff gets abundant opportunities to get involved, network, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and acquire new skills and hear the views of top executives to broaden their thinking.
